Stephanie Soulis is the President & CEO of Little Mushroom Catering. She created LMC in 2010 as a natural extension of her love for food and quality service. Stephanie was featured in a commercial for CTV in Libro’s Share the Future campaign. She is currently the Chair of the Board for Foodlink Waterloo Region, Vice Chair of the Board for the Kitchener Public Library, and was a Director with the Greater KW Chamber of Commerce. Stephanie also sits on the Waterloo Region Food System Round Table and is Vice Chair of the Libro Beechwood Branch Council. She is a volunteer with the  Business Education Partnership program and a proud member of 100+Women Who Care Waterloo Region.

Stephanie has been a guest speaker at the KWBWA, IAAP, Rotary, the Marketplace Conference, Social Media Breakfast140ConfOnt, Scouts & Guides groups, Junior Achievement Graduation, and several other community groups. She’s been featured in the Women of Merit Magazine, and is a regular contributor to Neighbours of Grand River. In 2016, Stephanie won the Cambridge Chamber of Commerce Young Entrepreneur Award, the Libro Growing Prosperity Award and she was awarded the inaugural JA Alumni of Distinction Award in 2015.

Elizabeth Allan is the Events Coordinator at Little Mushroom Catering and is a certified WPIC Wedding Planner. She creates a unique front of house experience for all of our corporate events & weddings, as well as house parties. Katie headshot (1)Katie Ferguson is our Head Pastry Chef. She graduated from George Brown College and has worked in kitchens in the Niagara & Waterloo Regions. Katie brings a creative flare to all of our cakes, pastries, cookies & plated desserts. Katie is also responsible for our branded logo cookies, Nom Nom Treats. Rachel Medeiros is our amazing Chef De Partie. Graduated from Liaison College, Rachel brings organization and great flavours to the kitchen. You will often see her  or one of our other chefs at events at one of our interactive dining stations.
