Your choice of Steak, Chicken, Pork or Atlantic Salmon. Teriyaki, Orange Ginger, or Hoisin sauces available. 1 chef per 50 guests

 

 Carvery ($14)*

Selection of Buns & Condiments with your choice of 2 (7oz. total): Turkey Breast, Beef Roast, Smoked Ham, Pulled Pork, Pork Roast, Roasted Chicken. 1 chef per 50 guests

Seafood Station  ($14)*

Individual Shrimp Cocktail Shots, Smoked Salmon & Vodka Cream Cheese Rolls, Cold Poached Salmon with Honey Lime Glaze, Hot Crab Cakes with Dill Remoulade. Pan Seared Scallops with Red Onion & Basil OR Mussels in White Wine Broth. Add Tuna Ceviche for $1pp. 1 chef per 50 guests.

 

Pasta Bar ($12)*

Fresh Fettucini  (4oz portions) with Alfredo & Tomato Sauce. Choose 2 meats, 2 cheeses & 4 veggies for our chefs to create customized pasta dishes for each of your guests. 1 chef per 50 guests.

 

Poutine Station ($5)

Great for late night! French fries, gravy, ketchup, mayo, cheese curds, caramelized onions, bacon, bbq pulled pork

Add a selection of plump baked chicken wings (Spicy Sriracha, Honey Garlic & 40 creek BBQ) for $4 more.

 

Mac N Cheese Station ($5)

Served with a variety of cold toppings including: Ketchup, Hot Sauce, Sausage, Goat Cheese, Broccoli, Crushed Doritos, Caramelized Onion. Gluten Free Lactose Free available upon request. Add a hot topping for $2!
